About Us

We take this opportunity of introducing ourselves as one of the Upcoming Recruitment agencies, approved by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign employment.   Cecos Travels & Management was founded in Sri Lanka, in 2007 to provide services in the market of foreign employment.

Our Prospectus

  • The workers supplied by will be on 90 days probation basis, during the probation period if any worker found not confirming to the job specification they are assigned or anyone found to be medically unfit then, we replace them at our expense.
  • The arrival of workers is assured with 30 – 45 working days from receipts of complete recruitments duly attested by appropriates authorities in the kingdom. However in many occasions even with number of workers required by any clients, the first batch of workers are deployed to job site within the 25 working day period from receipt of initial job order & recruitment documents.
  • Any authorized representative of the client, deputed to the Sri Lanka to finalize the selection & recruitment of at least 100 workers or above, shall be provide first class hotel accommodation & transportation during his stay in Sri Lanka.

Basic Terms & Conditions

  1. Food & Accommodation - The employer shall provide free or in lieu, a monthly food allowance & free accommodation.
  2. Medical Services – Free medical services including Medicine for work related injuries or sickness shall be provided by the employer.
  3. Working Hours – 8 hours a day, 48 hours per week, or 6 days’ work per week with one (1) day rest within a week.
  4. Overtime & Sick leave – Fifteen days annual leave with pay upon completion of 12 months continuous service.
  5. Transportation – The employer provide free transportation service.

All the other terms & conditions according to the Saudi labor Law.
